When you are confident that you can pass a detailed assessment of your safe riding skills in higher speed conditions, you can take the CBTA Full Licence Assessment.
You must have held your Restricted licence for a minimum of 9 months before you can do you Full Licence assessment. Your Full licence can be endorsed at the 12-month anniversary of your Restricted issue date.
Assessment duration is 60 minutes, you will be supplied with a two way comms system fitted to your helmet. Only guidance on directions can be provided by the Instructor.

Highway/Rural Training
$200
Training for 2 hours on highway and rural roads.
You will be shown safe riding techniques including positioning, observations, anticipation, scanning and hazard awareness.
Combined Course
$325
3 hour course.
This combines the highway course and the assessment.
At the conclusion of training there will be a short break and then you will complete the CBTA Full Licence Assessment.
Tailored training
$100 per hour
As well as the courses shown below, training can be tailored to your current level of experience and skill.
You should wear suitable protective clothing for riding at highway speeds and wet weather gear if necessary.

If you do not have a Learner Approved Motorcycle (LAMS), we have bikes available for hire.
You will need to bring:
Your Drivers Licence
Long trousers with good protection
Long sleeved jacket with good protection
Gloves
Sturdy footwear
Wet weather gear if necessary
Approved Safety Helmet
