Class 2 Learner Licence

To get a Class 2 learner licence you must have held a Class 1 full licence for at least 6 months.

You need to produce a medical certificate (which must not be more than 60 days old on the day you produce it to a licence agent).

You then need to pass a class 2 theory test. The pass mark for HT licences is 33/35.

If you need support with study or might need someone to read questions for you on the test, you can come to one of our Class 2 learner licence workshops. We will go through the things you need to know and ensure you understand the "why?" of the subjects.

If you are confident, you can study yourself using the link below.  We also recommend studying the Truck loading Code.
