With over 25 years of experience in emergency response driving across the U.K and New Zealand, he brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to every aspect of his work. Mark holds the prestigious UK Police Class One Advanced Drivers Certificate, a testament to his mastery in advanced driving techniques.

As the current President of the New Zealand Institute of Driver Educators, Mark is a respected leader and advocate for excellence in driver training. His qualifications extend to his tenure as an Approved Driving Instructor in England and inclusion on the Driving Standards Agency register of Approved Fleet Driver Trainers.

Mark’s passion for fostering safe driving practices is evident in his dedication to educating others. He offers engaging Safe Driving presentations tailored to business drivers, emphasising Health and Safety compliance. Mark also connects with parents of teens embarking on their driving journey, equipping them with practical coaching tips to guide new drivers confidently.

A Motorcycle Member of IAM Roadsmart (NZ), Mark also serves as their National Chief Examiner for Car tests, further solidifying his authority in the field. With his wealth of experience and unwavering commitment to road safety, Mark continues to make a lasting impact on drivers and riders alike.

Jo Burns

Born into a motorcycling family with a father who proudly held the title of New Zealand Trials Champion, Joanne's love for bikes is woven into her DNA. Growing up with three older brothers meant that someone was destined to venture into the bike industry—a prediction her brothers humorously revisited years later, remarking, "We knew somebody would, just didn’t pick it was going to be you."

Joanne’s expertise in IT and business development provided the perfect foundation to support her partner, Mark, in pursuing his dream of setting up a motorcycle training centre. Together, they expanded their vision to include a team of driving instructors, creating a dynamic and impactful training environment.

Adding another layer to her impressive journey, Joanne founded the "Not Shop," where, for four unforgettable years, she curated motorcycle clothing designed by women, for women. This endeavor was not only about fashion but empowerment—helping women riders feel confident and safe while looking fantastic in gear that truly fits. For Joanne, witnessing her customers' joy and empowerment was one of her greatest achievements.

Now, Joanne is focusing on the next stage of the Revs journey: building a training business that incorporates all the wheels your business turns. With an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and innovation, she is dedicated to creating a comprehensive training ecosystem that leaves a lasting impact on riders and drivers alike

Sonia Glasper

Sonia Glasper became an integral part of the Revs team 12 months ago, bringing her extensive expertise as a Car, Truck, and Forklift instructor. With a strong foundation in training and a passion for supporting learners, Sonia has quickly become a standout member of the team.

She leads our Learner Licence workshops and Defensive Driving courses, delivering exceptional results with consistently fantastic pass rates. Sonia has a natural ability to ease the nerves of anxious students, creating a supportive and encouraging environment that helps them thrive.

Beyond her teaching expertise, Sonia’s hands-on experience is equally remarkable. Her impressive truck driving background includes navigating road trains across Australia, as well as driving vehicle transporters, concrete trucks, and school buses. This diverse experience highlights her depth of knowledge and practical skill in the transport industry.

Sonia’s dedication and approachable demeanor make her an invaluable asset to the Revs team and an inspiration to her students.

Vic Cameron

Vic is the newest member of the Revs family, bringing a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the team. Her background as a Driver Testing Officer and car instructor with a community group has honed her skills in supporting learners from all walks of life. As an NZTA-approved instructor for both motorcycles and cars, Vic’s credentials underscore her expertise and versatility.

A true motorcycling enthusiast, Vic's passion shines through in everything she does. Her dedication to empowering riders and drivers makes her an excellent fit for the Revs team, where safety, quality, and shared values take centre stage.

Vic’s arrival marks an exciting chapter for the Revs journey, and her positive impact is already being appreciated by both her colleagues and her students.

Kerry Davison

Kerry is a valued part-time motorcycle instructor at Revs, bringing a wealth of motorcycling experience to the team. As an NZTA-approved motorcycle instructor and Basic Handling Skills tester, Kerry's credentials reflect his dedication to high-quality training and safety.

Known for his big voice and even bigger smile, Kerry creates a positive and engaging learning environment for his students. His ability to connect with learners and guide them through progression courses has consistently delivered great results, empowering riders to achieve their goals and build confidence on the road.

A true enthusiast, Kerry’s love for motorcycles knows no bounds—he has more bikes than he can count! His passion for motorcycling and commitment to fostering safe, skilled riders make him an integral member of the Revs family and a trusted mentor for his students.

Aurora Partridge

Aurora is embracing a gap year before heading to university by gaining valuable work experience at Revs. A passionate motorcyclist and talented designer, Aurora has a deep interest in jewellery and design, bringing her creative flair into everything she does.

As a key member of the online sales team, Aurora handles dispatching and marketing products, ensuring smooth operations and engaging customer experiences. Her enthusiasm for learning and dedication to excellence make her a vital contributor to the team.

Aurora’s unique blend of creativity and passion, both on and off the road, shines brightly at Revs, setting the stage for an exciting future ahead.

Ange is the dynamic force behind the smooth coordination of bookings at Revs, ensuring everyone gets to the right place at the right time. Her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the team. As the amazing coordinator for our car instructors, Ange keeps everything running like clockwork, creating a seamless experience for both instructors and students.
